Using the product

You may use Phiqo only in a lawful way and only for legitimate renovation-planning and related property-analysis purposes.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to the app. Outputs are only as reliable as the inputs and available data allow.

Product outputs

Phiqo provides planning guidance, indicative spend ranges, design suggestions, and value-oriented framing. It does not provide surveying, legal, tax, valuation, financial, engineering, or regulated professional advice.

You should not treat app output as a substitute for qualified professional advice where that advice is required.

Billing and credits

Where paid features or credits are offered:

• pricing and package terms are shown in the product at the point of purchase
• access is limited to the entitlement attached to your account
• abuse, fraud, or misuse may result in access being restricted or removed

Availability

Phiqo may change, suspend, or remove features at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• interfere with the product or attempt to bypass access controls
• upload material you do not have the right to use
• use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes

Liability and responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phiqo is provided on an as-available basis. You remain responsible for renovation, purchasing, and property decisions made using the product.
